The block, which will be offered for sale IN .one lot, is, by the plan, divided into sections, numbered from one to .fifteen inclusive, each section having one or more frontages to public streets, varying in width from 60 to 100 feet, which streets will be formed and metalled, and the footpaths kerbed, at the expense of the Provincial Government. Erom the central position of these sections, and their proximity to the Harbor and Railway Station, they will undoubtedly BECOME THE most' VALUABLE BUILDING SITES for Business Purposes to be found in the city. The New, General Government Buildings will shortly .be erected on the land already reclaimed, and adjoining the block under contract for reclamation.
