JOHN KING has been favored with instructions from Captain Tosawill to sell by public auction at his sale rooms, Tunaru, on Thursday, 29th October, 1874, his FREEHOLD ESTATE of CLAREMONT, which comprises about 2197 acres of the best agricultural and pastoral land in the district, and situated within eight miles of the town of Timaru, from which it is accessible by three direct and good roads. The improvements consist of a well-built eight-roomed dwelling-house, with all necessary offices, cottage, stable, woolshed and yards, cowshed and yards, and other necessary ; outbuildings.
