JOHN KING lias been favored with instructions from Captain Tosswill to sell by public auction at his sale rooms, Tnnaru, on-Thursday, 29th October, 1874, his FREEHOLD ESTATE of CLAREMONT, ■which comprises about 2X97 acres of the best agricultural and pastoral land in'the district, o.tiil situated within eight miles of the town of Timani, from which it is accessible by three direct and good roads. * • ■ Tho improvements consist of a well-built eight-roomed dwelling-house, with all necessary offices, cottage, stable, woolshed and yards, cowshed and yards, and other necessary outbuildings.
