ABOLITION OF PROVINCES.
* SIR. pitzherbeet's motion. The following is the division list on Mr. Fitzherbert's motion in favor of an appeal to the country before the Bill the Government propose to bring in next session for the abolition of Provincial institutions in the North Island is accepted by the House.
