In a sale of this class, where there is none of the fiction or fictitious reductions so commonly alluded to in advertising, but where the object is to realise on the balance of an Assigned Estate, it is impossible to go into detail of the various items to be offered, suffice it to say that the whole Stock has been reduced in price to the extent of from 171 per cent, to one-third under the usual rates ruling in Wellington.
