Killinchy, County Down, Ireland, the Hon. and Rev, Henry AVard, third son of the late A-’iscount Bangor, and father of the late Crosbie AVard, Esq., aged seventyeight years. Canterbury papers please copy. Nicholes.— At Tenul, on Sunday, the 19th instant, Frederick, the beloved son of Arthur Nicbolls, aged six years. Macdonald. —On the 2Gth inst., at AVellington, Alexander Charles Phipps Macdonald, E*:q., Assistant Under Secretary, aged thirty-nine years.
