BY TELEGRAPH. MELBOURNE. July 15.—Breadstuff's are not materially altered; flour, £l3 55.; wheat, Cs. 3d.; oats, ss. 3d. to ss. Cd.; sugars show a decline of 15s. per ton; quicksilver is advancing, 7s. is now asked; cornsacks, 10s. Cd.; Hennessy'a case offering at lower rates. A private telegram reports pig iron lower, and private sales of wool a penny advance on last public sales.
