An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders in the above company will be held at Farley's Hall, Princes Street, in the City of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, on MONDAY, the 27th day of July, at the hour of 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of submitting for the approval of the Shareholders the following proposed alterations in, and addition to, the Articles of Association of the said company, i.e. to say : 1. In Article 17, for " six " read " three " 2. In Article 31, for "first" read "second" 3. In Article SO, for "one month" read "six weeks" 4. In article S 3, insert "or posted to" be tween"at" and "the" 5. To add a new Article to the effect that, from and after a certain day to be named at the said meeting, no person or persons shall individually, jointly,or in common, hold more than 1,500 shares; without prejudice, however, to the right of any shareholder or shareholders to retain all the shares of which he, she, or they shall have become the registered holders up to the day to be so named as aforesaid. N.B.—Every proxy holder must be a shareholder, and the Instrument appointing hini shall be deposited at the registered office of the company not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for the Meeting.
