Notice is hereby given that 47,000 acres, more or less, of Crown Lands, divided into Suburban and Rural Sections; situated in the PABAE-KAEETU BLOCK, West Coast, and distant ten miles from the township of Marton, Upper Rangitikei, will be sold by public auction, at this officej on or about Ist September. The Parae-Karetu Block, hereafter to be called, "The Township of Hunter," is easily accessible both from Wangauui and Eangitikei. Part of the land is covered with open bush, while that in the Pourewa Valley and also on the Turakina side consists of level country. Further information will be given in future advertisements. JOS.
