[Press Telegraph Agency.] Auckland, Thursday. Heremaia Paapa, charged with murdering another Native at Wangaroa, was found guilty, but recommended to mercy. During tho evidence it was alleged that limoti had held improper intimacy with prisoner’s wife. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment. At tho trial of Pascoe and Dobbin, for the murder of Wright in a brothel in Upper Queen Street, the jury, after two hours’ deliberation returned a verdict of manslaughter. Pascoe was sentenced to five years, and Dobbin to four years’ penal servitude.
