JAMES SMITH has been instructed by the Executors of the late Mr. William Allen to sell by public auction, at his Mart, Noah's' Ark, on Thursday, 7th December, without reserve, 'T'HE LEASE of that Commodious and X pleasantly situated COTTAGE & GARDEN in Manners-street (lately in the occupation of Mr, William Allen deceased), having a frontage of 69 feet by 119 feet in depth. The House is in a thorough state of repair, and is substantially built. The Garden is well stocked with Fruit Trees, and there is* an excellent Well of Water on the Premises.
