HPHE unparalleled misery and suffering -*- of our unfortunate fellow creatures from the above dreadful calamity having roused the wonted spirit of Great Britain to alleviate the same by raising a fund for the purchase of food, &c. ; co-operating with that benevolent object a GRAND CONCERT of Vocal and Instrumental Music will be given on Monday Evening, Nov. 13, at the Assembly Rooms, Barrett's Hotel, under distinguished patronage. The entire proceeds (beyond the necessary expenses) wilJ be given to A. Hort, Esq., who has kindly consented to forward the same to the Committee in England. The Band of the 65th Regiment, by the kind permission of Colonel Gold, will attend. The Vocal department will be supported by a host of talent ; a Lady has kindly proffered to sing on this occasion. The Room will be appropriately fitted up, rendering the entertainment of the Evening of a superior character.
