MR. JAMES SMITH has received instructions from Mr. Yule to sell at his Great
Land Sales, on Thursday, 14th September, THE following first rate FREEHOLD PROPERTY, namely :— Town Section No. 160, in building allotments. This very eligible building ground is bounded by Cuba street and Taranaki Place, nearly opposite the Nag's Head. In calling attention to this well known section, Mr. Smith would merely remark, that its situation for building purposes in unsurpassed, being near the wharves and public offices, its neighbourhood is already extensively built upon, and it is certain at no distant date to become the centre of a dense population. Tarannki Place fronts the Market Reserve. Such an opportunity for acquiring a really first rate freehold seldom occurs. The different allotments will be marked off 'on the ground by stakes.
