BUSINESS PROPERTY, situated at the Corner of Manners and Willis- streets, opposite to the Union Bank of Australia, the same having been subdivided into allotments as under : Allotment No. I—Portion1 — Portion of Town Acre No. 200, having a frontage of 82 feet to Mannersstreet, and of 74 feet to Willis-street, com-

The Premises are mostly let for short terms, and all to good tenants, while it may be reasonably expected > that higher rents will be obtained when the leases fall in.
