Resident Magistrate's Court, Wellington, April 15, 1854.

"P VERY Person whose name does not •*-* appear on the Electoral Roll of the Province of Wellington, and who claims a light to vote for the Election of the Members of the House of Representatives, of the Superintendent, < r of the Members of the Provincial Council, is required to prefer such claim in writing, signed by the Claimant, or by some other person in his name and by his authority, stating the District or Districts in respect of which such claim shall be made, the place of abode and calling or -business of the Claimant, and the qualification ia respect of which such claim may be made. No such claim as aforesaid shall be received, unless it be made previous to the 30th day of April instant All Claims for the following Districts, viz. — The Town of Wellington Kaiwarawara Wade's Town Porirua Karon and ■ Ohiro Manawatu must be delivered at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Wellington. All Claims for the following Districts, viz. — The Hutt Wainui'o-mata r lhe Upper Hutt Wairarapa The Pahtrataki and Loiory Bay Haioke's Bay must be delivered at the Resident Magistrate's Office, at the Hutt, (the Post-office, near the Bridge.)
