*£^l nnHE BALNAGUITH is a jaggSF new ship, and was appointed to «Si?i*p sa ft. on tQe 20th December for Auckland, Wellington, and Canterbury : she may be expected to arrive at this Port early in April. These Vessels will be followed by other equally fine ships, at xegular intervals of about One Month.

The Undersigned, in behalf of Messrs. Young's, beg to submit to the New Zealand Public the following Circular letter for their information :—: — New Zealand Colonists' Rooms, 9 Adelphi Terrace, London, 1850. In reference to the New Zealand Business hitherto carried on at the Colonists' Rooms here by me, in exclusive connection with Messrs. Money Wigram &Sons, I beg to inform you that I have made arrangements with Messrs. Frederick Young & Co., of 74 Cornhill, for the purpose of keeping up a regular line of communication between this country and the various ports in New Zealand. According to the terms of this arrangement, 1 have transferred to them all my interest and connexion with these Rooms, and agreed that in future they shall be conducted by Mr. Horace Young, who will represent Messrs. Frederick Young & Co.

at this Branch of their Establishment. I have only to add an expression of my hope that the confidence with which you have always treated me in your communications, upon all subjects relating to the Colonies, may be fully extended^ to Messrs. Frederick Young: & Co., whom you will find always ready, and in my estimation very competent, to afford you any information you may require upon Colonial matters. This splendid vessel has room for a limited quantity of freight, and a few passengers, for which early application is necessary. Apply to Wm. HICKSON & CO. Hickson's Wharf, April 5, 1854.
