HUTT ELECTIONS.

TTO commemorate the First Establish- *~ ment of Free Government in this Colony. To consist of ▼arious Amusements, more particularly for the younger Members of Families. From 12 o'clock at noon till five in the evening AFTEK WHICH, A PUBLIC BALL; to commence at 8 o'clock, p.m., for which a liberal Supper will be provided. Further particulars will appear in a future advertisement. Stewards. Mr. W. Phillips Mr. W. Nix Mr. N. Buroham Mr. J. Rush Mr. C. Keys Mr. H. Jackson Mr. J. Tucker Mr. W. Thomas Tickets for the day, to be one Shilling each adult. Tickets for Ball, three Shillings each, to admit a Lady and Gentleman. Early application for Tickets is particularly requested, and to be had from the Stewards only. In consequence of the support that the Stewards have received from various Friends who have subscribed to the above entertainments, they are enabled to make the Tickets at the low price advertised. To join the Hutt Settlers upon this -occasion, our Wellington Fellow-citizens and Friends are most particularly requested. To take place on Thursday, the 20th day of October next. September 17, 1553.
