TTIS EXCELLENCY the Governor directs •*•-*- it to he notified that the Footpath on, the South side of Kumutoto-street, having been well and sufficiently made and completed for the use and accommodation of foot passengers according to the provisions of the Footpath 1 Ordinance, Sess. 8, No. 1 2, is hereby declared to be a Public Footpath, and from and after the date hersof shall be deemed and taken accordingly, to be a Public Footpath within the meaning of the said Ordinance.
