Founders' Festival.

AT an adjourned Meeting of the Stewards, held on Friday evening, the 20th May, H. St. Hill, Esq., in the Chair, it was resolved unanimously :•— " That, in consequence of the unsettled state of the weather at this season, the proposed Festival be postponed to a more favourable period ; and that in the meanwhile the Stewards be requested to obtain such information as may be required for the future carrying out of tlia proposal ;" and "That the Secretary be requested to communicate with the Stewards from time to time in relalion to the above object."
