T HEREBY give notice, that in consequence | ■*• of the disallowance- by her gracious Majesty of the "Marriage Amendment Ordinance," session XI, No. 7, the following Ministers will, from the 31st of May next, cease to be "Officiating Ministers" within the meaning of the " Marriage Ordinance," Session VIII, No. 7. The Revd. John Frederick Henry Wohlers, of Ruapuke, Foveaux Straits. The Revd. John William Christopher Heine, of Nelson. The Revd. Henry Green, of Wellington. The Revd. Jonas Woodward, of Wellington. The Revd. Deciraus Dolamore, of Nelson. And I further give notice, that from that date Licenses to marry can be lawfully issued by none but "Officiating Ministers" of the United Church of England and Ireland, the Roman Catholic Church, and such persons as have been, or may hereafter be, appointed Deputy Registrars of Marriages.
