PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND. Description of Districts. 1. The Citt of Auckland, comprises tbe East Town Ward, the Middle Town Ward, and the West Town Ward, of tbe Borough of Auckland. 2. The Suburbs of Auckland, comprise the Suburban East Ward, the Suburban South Ward, and Suburban West Ward, of the Borough of Auckland. | 3. Tbe Pensions* Sbtti.«pjwm. Dwtrict, comprises so much of tbe sites of the several Villages of Onebungf , Panmure, Otabubu, and Howick, as are delineated on the Plans hereunto annexed coloured Blut. 4. The Northern Division, comprises so much of the Province of Auckland not included in the above-mentioned districts as is included between a line drawn through tbe centre of the entrance into Manakau Harbour, in an easterly direction to the Southern extremity of the Epsom Road on the beach at Onehunga, thence along tbe centre of the Epiora Road as far si the Bridge in Mechanics Bay, thence in a North East direction across the Harbour of Waitemata to the East Point of the North Head, thence to the South Point of the Island of Motutapu, thence to the North Point of Cape Colville, and thence in an Easterly direction and a straight line drawn from the mouth of tfte River Wariara, on the East Coast m a Westerly direction to the junction of the Wairoa and JS.aihou Rivers, and thence in a straight line to the Manabo Point on tbe West Coast, the Boundaries of the said district being particularly marked on the Plan hereunto annexed. 5. The Southern Division, comprises so much of the Province of Auckland not included in the above-mentioned districts, or any of them, us lits between the Southern boundary of tbe Northern division, and the Southern 'boundary of the Province, being particularly delineated on tbe Plan hereunto annexed. 6. The Bay of Island?, comprises so much of tbe Province of Auckland as lies to the Northward of the Northern division, and at delineated | on the Plan hereunto annexed.
