PURSUANT to au Order of this Honorable •*■ Court, the Creditors and Claimants on the Estate of the late Josbfh Bouecott, deceased, are hereb/ required to come in and prove their respective Claims upon the said Estate before Robert Rodgsr Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, on or before the Twenty-first day of May next, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the Orders of this Court made herein on the 27th day of October last, and on the 21 st day of February ult.
