Grey's overland journey is to arrange with the Native tribes along the East Coast on the route to Auckland, (in conjunction with \ the Bishop of New Zealand who left Wellington last week) the setting apart of portions of lands in their respective districts as endowments for Industrial Schools for the education of Maori children.
