I. rum fira at 3s. 4d. to 3s. 6d. lOo.p. Brandy, from Us. to 12s. Ale and Porter, supplies inadequate, Genna, without alteration. Tea. Several Teasels expected from Shanghae, now on their way ; meantime stocks are reduced and sales steady at 80s. to 85s. for good Congos. Coffee, BJd. to 9d. No stocks in town, and a further rise looked for. • Spicet, much wanted. ' Cigart, No. 2, at 755.; No. 3, at 655. Soap, £28 to £30 per ton. Candlet, Colonial moulds, sd. Belmont sperm, 14s. 6d. Sugar, Pampanga, £22 ; White China, £28 ; Zebu, £18. Salt, £4 10s. to £5. New Zealand produce — Sawn timber is saleable. A parcel of good Kauri from Auckland at 28s. to 325., in steady demand for export. Patent rope— Saleable for small sizes.. Wool lathing, £18, dull. Potatoet, good, £10 Butter, Cheese, Bacon are all considerably lower both here tad at Fort Phillip.
