NOTICE 53 hereby given that for the purposes of the " Impounding Ordinance," Session VIII, No. 6, .the Districts of Lyttelton and Christchurch shall be divided by a lhie to commence at the Northern Corner of Section No. 4, on the Estuary of the Heathcote following up the spur in a Southerly direction to Mount Pleasant, thence continuing along the Ridge of the Port Cooper Hills, in a Westerly and Southerly direction to the Stone Cave, near Lake EUesmere. The said Districts shall not extend to a greater distance than Ten Miles from the bounds at Lyttelton and Christchurch respectively — such distance to be estimated by reference to the authorized Maps of the Canterbury Association.
