Strang, Esq., Registrar of Intestate Estates, to sell by public auction, at the Exchange, Wellington, on Wednesday, 9th March next, at One o'clock, "HHHE following EFFECTS, part of the ■*" Intestate Estate of Mr. Joseph Toms, of Queen Charlotte's Sound, deceased, viz., •about 80 Head of Mixed Cattle 100 Goats Sundry Whaling Gear, Try-Pots, Coolers, Whaleboat, &c, &c. And a quantity of Household Furniture and Effects, as particularized in Catalogue. The whole deliverable at Queen Charlotte's Sound.
