LONGDEN &LE CREN, at the Mitre Hotel, Lyttelton, on Tuesday, the 21st of December, 1852, subject to conditions to be then produced, ALL that Plot or Parcel of TOWN "^ LAND, with the Storehouses, DwellingHouse, Shop, and Buildings thereon, being numbered 6 on the Association's Map of the Town of Lyttelton, and comprising- the Premises erected by, and lately in the occupation of Mr. Richard Beamish, and others, situate on Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton, having a frontage of 66 feet on the said Quay, and directly opposite the slip. Theabove Property is held on Bease for a term of 21 years, from the 25th day of December, 1850; is now let at annual rents amquntingto upwards of £200, and subject to a ground rent of £50.
