Cook's Strait Mining Company.

'"THE Undersigned has entered into a *■ contract with- the projectors of this undertaking, with the consent of the present contributors, to execute the necessary preliminary works at the Dun Mountain Copper Mine, pursuant to the terras of the prospectus, all further contributions will therefore be applied in accordance with that contract. An early oppoitunity will be afforded the Public of Wellington, whereby they may arrive at any information they may require respecting the above. On behalf of the projectors, W. L.
