Valpy, Esqr., to Augustus, youngest son of the late Herbert Mackworth, Esq., of Wellingbro, Northamptonshire.
On the 25th ultimo, at bis residence, the Forbtuy, near Dunedin, Otago, in his 60th year, William Henry Valpjr, Esq., formerly of the H. E. I. Company's Bengal Civil Service^ and fifth' son of the late Dr. Valpy, of Readings
