The True Briton, ship, was to sail from London for Auckland on the 22nd July. She has been chartered to convey troops to this colony ; a company of the 58th, comprising 2 officers and 82 men, 5 women, and / children for Auckland ; and a company of the 65th for Wellington. The barque St. Michael, Prance, was about to be laid on for Auckland, to sail in June H. M. S. Herald, and her tender the Torch, steamer, were to sail from Plymouth about the Ist June on a surveying expedition to the South Seas.
