MARSHALL begs leave to in- ■*•*-*- form the Inhabitants of Wellington, and the surrounding districts, that, in consequence ' of his having succeeded in obtaining the assistance of Mr. W. H. Holmes, a Government certificated Master, (formerly of St. John's College, Battersea, and late of the Lyttelton Grammar School), he is no longer compelled to limit the number of his Scholars to 20, as he has lately been obliged to do, but is now prepared to* receive in addition to his present number, 4 Boarders, and half a dozen Day Boarders. The course of instruction embraces the elements of a sound English education, based upon the most approved systems of the present day ; together with Mathematics in its various branches, Latin, Greek, and French ; also Linear and Model Drawing, Perspective, and Painting in OH and Water Colors. Terms, for Boarders, 30 Guineas per annum ; for Day-Boarders, 18 Guineas. The German Language is taught by Mr. Meier, a native of Konigsberg, in Germany, for which an additional charge is made.
