WAITF has received instructions from William Hickson, Esq., to sell by public auction, on Wednesday, the 14th insL, on the premises, Te Aro, at one o’clock, The following Valuable Properties, viz.— Two-thirds of Town Acre, No. 210, on Te Aro, being Freehold, with those valuable Brick Bonded Stores, Offices, Wooden Stores, Cottages, Dwellings, and Wharf, having also a valuable Frontage to Manners-street.
