To the Settlers of Wellington. THE issue of CROWN GRANTS, and the beneficial PASTURAGE REGULATIONS ] roposed by Sir George Grey have been set aside by the New Zealand Settlements Act of Parliament. The immediate settlement of these two important qu stions most vitally affects the interests and progress of the Colony. A Memorial has been prepared, and is already very numerously and iespectably signed, praying His Excellency the Governor-in-Chief to take such steps as will remedy this great evil. Every Settler who feels any interest in these great objects ought to sign it, and may do so without compromising his opinion on other political subjects.
