XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by a _l_x Deed bearing date the 11th day of February, in the Year 1852, and expressed to be made between George Waters of Wellington, in the colony of New Zealand, General Dealer, of the first part, Kenneth Bethune and George Hunter, of Wellington aforesaid, Merchants, and William Hickson, of Wellington aforesaid, Merchant, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being creditors of the said George Waters, of the third part, the said George Waters hath conveyed, assured, and assigned all his Real Estate, Stock-in-Trade, Furniture and Effects, unto the said Kenneth Bethune, George Hunter, and William Hickson, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in trust for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said George Waters, as shall assent to, at)d execute the said deed, within Three Months after the date theieof The said deed was duly executed by the said George Waters, Kenneth Bethune, George Hunter, and William Hickson, in the presence of, and attested by Robert Hart, of Wellington, Solicitor, and Robert Suckling Cheesman, of Wellington, Solicitor. All Persons having Claims against the said George Waters are requested to forward them to Messrs. Bethune and Hunter, Wellington, to whom all persons indebted to the said George Waters are requested to pay- the amount of their respective debts to prevent legal proceedings.
