CONDITIONS

In all Races, three Horses to start, or no Race- I There will be a distance post. In all Races (except the two Produce Races,) Mares and Geldings allowed 31b; thorough-W Horses to carry 71b extra. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, mJ their decision shall be final. Thirty minutes between the heats. A bell will be rung at the end of twenty minutes for saddling, and the start will take place punctually at the hdl Weights and Scales will be provided. All entrances (except as advertised for the Wellington Jockey Club Produce and Handicap Cups,) to be made at 8 o’clock on WEDNESDAY evening, the 21st January, at the Nag’s Head Inn, to the Secretary. All Riders to appear in proper costume, the colours to be stated at the time of entry. All dogs running at large on the Course will be destroyed. No person will be allowed to enter a Horse f® any of the Races unless he be r subscriber of« least One Guinea to the Fund. All applications for Booths to be made to the Clerk of the Course, and no person will be allow 1 to take a Booth unless he be a subscriber of least One Guinea to the Race Fund. All notices of matches are to be given to the stewards at the time of entry for the above Races. J. M. Taylob, Hon.
