CONDITIONS

In all Races, three Horses to start, or no Race. There will be a distance post. Tn all Races (except the two Produce Races,) Mares aud Geldings allowed 3ft; thorough-bred Horses to carry 7ft extra. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, and their decision shall be final. Thirty minutes between the heats.
