We have great pleasure in announcing the publication of the Cook’s Strait Almanack for the year 1852, being the seventh year of its publication. It contains several additions and improvements, including the scale of fees, &c., in the administration of waste lands of the Crown, the list of Ordinances passed during the last Legislative session, the Duties of Customs, &c. The directory of the Southern settlements has also been extended and improved and contains all the latest official appointments
