JAMES SMITH has received instructions from George Moore, Esq., to offer for imperative Sale the following Valuable Town Allotment, Buildings, &c., (uncleared at the last Land Sale) at his next Land Sale, on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of December instant, at his Mart, Plimmer’s Wharf:— All that Valuable Frontage to Lambtonquay, comprising—sl feet frontage by about 135 feet deep, in accordance with the plan exhibited at the former Sale marked No. 2, with the extensive buildings thereon, formerly occupied by Lieutenant-Colonel Gold. x The Buildings on the plot have been erected at a cost of upwards of £BOO, and the Premises are admirably suited, at a trifling cost, to be converted into a first-rate Family Hotel, being in a highly favourable position in the principal thoroughfare to the Country Districts. Plimmer’s Wharf, Dec. 10, 1851. MR. JAMES SMITH has received instructions from Richard Baker, Esq., J. P., to sell at his great Land Sale, which will Jake place on Wednesday, the 24th December inst, the following valuable Freehold Land, viz.:— 1 section of 100 acres, situated at Wanganui, well known as the Shakspeare Cliff property. Also—--1 section, 150 acres, at Rangitikei, beautifully situated between the Tuturui Stream end the Rangitikei River (adjoining the land of J. T. Tylee, Esq.) Wellington, December 10, 1851. Waterloo Hotel, Kai Warra. MR. ALBERT HEESE begs most respectfully to acquaint his Friends,, and the Public of Wellington, that the License of the above Hotel has been transferred to him, and he trusts that by keeping constantly on hand a stock of the choicest. Wines, Beers, Spirits, &c.. &c., he will obtain that liberal patronage with which he was favored when he lately held the Freemasons’ Tavern. The Opening Ball and Supper Will take place on THURSDAY, the 18th instant, at nine o’clock. Tickets to admit a Lady and Gentleman—7s. 6d.; Single Ticket dS- be had at the New Zealander: Auruia Tavern; Barrett’s Hotel; Wellington Hotel; Royal Hotel; Caledonian Hotel; and at the bar of the Waterloo Hotel. An excellent Quadrille Band will be in attendance. December 10, 1851.
