Postponement of Land Sale. MR. JAMES SMITH has been requested to postpone the Sale of TOWN AND COUNTRY LANDS, in consequence of the Wanganui Races, until next month —December. THE TERMS, Which Mr. Allen begs to submit, are as follows Five per cent, upon the amount of all Sales under £5O; from £5O to £2OO, two and a half percent; from £2OO to £5OO, two percent: above £5OO, one per cent. Parties treated with for Sales upon their own premises, or specially. In addition to the Auction business, Mr. A. attends to the sale of Land, Houses, Cattle, Agricultural and Coast produce, General Merchandize, &c., on Commission.
