THE TERMS, Which Mr. Allen begs to submit, are as follows Five per cent, upon the amount of all Sales under £5O; from £5O to £2OO, two and a half per cent; from £2OO to £5OO, two per cent; above £5OO, one per cent. In addition to the Auction business, Mr. A. attends to the sale of Land, Houses, Cattle, Agricultural and Coast produce, General Merchandize, &c., on Commission.
