■ln order to furnish in this settlement the (information so greatly needed as to the (powers to be conferred on Corporations to ■be constituted in New Zealand, we have ■published the despatch of Sir George Grey ■to the Lieutenant-Governor of New Ulster, ■accompanying the Charter of Incorporation Bof the Borough of Auckland, a valuable and gable document, which deserves from the Rettlers a careful perusal. The despatch has Been published with the same view at Auckland by the New Zedander, and at Nelson By the Nelson Examiner.
