ALLEN has received instructions to Sell by Auction, on the premises, on FRIDAY next, the 17th October: — THE LEASE of the House lately occupied by Mr. G.’ Clarke, situated in the best part of the Hutt Road. The House is substantially built, and contains 2jiarlours, 2 bed rooms, kitchen, and pantry. There is a well of excellent water, and. the GARDEN-ycomprising nearly half an acre—is well stocked, and in first-rate order. The Lease is held direct from the freeholder, James Taine, Esq., and has upwards of twelve years unexpired, at the vety low rent of Two Pounds per annum.
