Yesterday s Government Gazette, in addition to the extracts in our present number, contains the following :—A Proclamation of a Government land sale at Nelson of town, accommodation, and rural sections, with the upset price of each section; and the following appointments, R. Hart, Esq., to be a revising officer under the provisions of the Building and Land Societies Ordinance; Hon. C. A. Dillon to be a commissioner for investigating and reporting upon claims to land under Land Claims Ordinance, Sess.l, No. 2 ; T. Brunner, Esq., to be surveyor of Crown lands at Nelson ; W. Haise Esq. and R. Park, Esq., to lay informations under the Native Land Purchase Ordinance. The Gazette also contains the usual monthly notice of the Colonial Bank of Issue, and a notice of a light house on Rottnest Island and a light house at the entrance to Swan River.
