The Land Sale. MR. JAMES SMITH has now received imperative instructions to sell, on Wednesday, the first day of October, at Ins Mart, Plimmer’s Wharf, all those valuable Freehold, Town and Country Lands, with buildings, tec., &c., erected thereon, as already advertised m his preliminary notice, dated 15th ultimo, and to which advertisement, settlers, capitalists, aie respectfully requested to give due attention. The various plans of the several properties have been carefully preparing, and are now open for inspection at the Auctioneer s Guice, when every information relative to the said properties will be given. Preliminary Notice. IMPORTANT AND EXTENSIVE SALE OF VALUABLE TOWN AND COUNTRY FREEHOLD PROPERTY. VfR. JAMES SMITH takes the earliest 'VJL opportunity of announcing that he has been favoured with instructions from the Proprietor to submit the following Lands, Houses, &c., to public competition at an early date, at his Auction Mart, Plimmer’s Wharf, viz:— Town Acre No 544, with the extensive buildings thereon, formerly occupied by Lieut. Colonel Gold. This acre has extensive Beach frontage, and will be divided so as to secure to each purchaser a valuable Town allotment. Town Acre No. 134, with frontages in Ingistre and Taranaki-streets, Te Aro. This acre is most eligible for small building allotments, being situate in a rapidly improving part of the Town. Town Acres No. 785 and 757, situate in Rid-diford-street, closely adjoining Mr. Sellar’s farm, are level, dry, and have been under cultivation. Country Section No. 7, well known as the section late in the occupation ofthe Hon. Henry Petre, with all die excellent Dwelling house, Stables, Barn, Labourers’ cottages, Outhouses, &c. Country Section No. 20, Ohiro, partially cleared and cultivated, and from its proximity to the Town offers superior advantages to country settlers. Also Three Sections at Waikanae most judiciously selected in that fertile district, being early choices, and embracing the most valuable land in that locality. Careful plans of the above will be prepared by an experienced Surveyor, further particulars and day of sale.will be duly announced in future advertisements. The Auctioneer confidently invites the attention of intending purchasers of valuable landed and Freehold Property to the above advertisement, and he is instructed to announce that the which it will be offered will be of the most liberal description.
