WHEREAS John Tulloch, of Lyttelton, in the Canterbury Settlement, New Zealand, Auctioneer, hath by Indenture bearing date the 3rd day of September, 1851, assigned over all his estate and effects unto Joseph Longden and Gilbert Pickett, both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Storekeepers, in trust for the equal benefit of such of his creditors as shall come in and execute the same within two months from the date thereof, notice is hereby given that the said Indenture or deed of assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of said John Tulloch as shall come in and execute the same within the time aforesaid, and such of them as shall neglect or refuse so to do will be excluded from all benefit arising therefrom.
