Potter .... 600 ~ The above Ships are well known for the superioritv of their Passenger accommodations, and for their fast-sailing qualities; and, when required, they will carry experienced Surgeons. The character which this line of Packets has acquired for punctuality of sailing will be strictly maintained, thereby preventing the great expense to Passengers of delay in London, and offering to Shippers the certainty of the first market in the Colony. The whole arrangements of these vessels are based upon an experience of upwards of seven years, during which Henry H. Willis & Co.’s Line of Packets has been regularly established between England and New Zealand, and every improvement which, from time to time, suggests itself as conducive to the comfort of Passengers, (without losing sight of economy in the Rates of Passage,) will continue to be promptly adopted. Chief Cabin Fare, Lower Deck- For one person, the whole Cabin, measuring not less than 6 feet square, 50 Guineas, 55 Guineas payable in tho Colony; two persons in same Cabin 35 Guineas each, 40 Guineas payable in the Colony. Chief Cabin Fare, Lou-erDeck — For one person, the whole Cabin, measuring not less than 6 feet athwart-ships, and 41 feet fore-and-aft, 40 Guineas, 45 Guineas payable in the Colony; two persons in same Cabin, 30 Guineas each, 35 Guineas payable in the Colony. Poop and -Stern Cabins by special agreement. Fore Cabin Fare — Enclosed Cabins, 20 Guineas each; payable in the Colony, £24 each. Steerage— Enclosed Berths, 17 Guineas each; payable in the Colony, £2O each. Steerage —Open Berths for Single Men, 15 Guineas each; payable in the Colony, £lB each. Sir' Provisions included. A separate Cabin allowed to each married couple. Children tuider 7 years to pay one-third, and under 14 years twothirds Passage Money. Persons desirous of procuring passages for friends to New Zealand can arrange, if required, for payment to be made, through the Agents at the different Ports, who will furnish prospectuses with every information requisite, and if the passage money be paid at the time of giving the order,.the same rate will be charged as if it were paid in England, and the money will be returned without deduction, if the parties intended should not avail themselves of the arrangement ; or the money can be remitted direct to Messrs. WHEREAS John Tulloch, of Lyttelton, in the Canterbury Settlement, New Zealand, Auctioneer, hath by Indenture bearing date the 3rd day of September, 1851, assigned over all his estate and effects unto Joseph Longden- and Gilbert Pickett, both of Lyttelton, aforesaid, Storekeepers, in trust for the equal benefit of such of his creditors as shall come in and execute the same within two months from the date thereof, notice is hereby given that the said Indenture or deed of assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of such of the creditors of the said John Tulloch as shall come in and execute the same within the time aforesaid, and such of them as shall neglect or refuse so to do will be excluded from all benefit arising therefrom. Dated this 3rd day of September, 1851. Richard Wormald, Solicitor, London-street, Lyttelton. Mr. William Frederick Christian, deceased. ALL Persons indebted to the late Mr. William Frederick Christian, of Wellington, Merchant deceased, are lequested to pay such debts to Mr. John King of Wellington, Solicitor the Executor. And all persons having claims or demands upon the Estate of the said Mr. William Frederick Christian arerequested forthwith to send the particulars thereof to the said John King. Wellington, 22nd August, 1851. Wellington Building and Land Society SUBSCRIBERS to the above Society J. are informed that the Ordinance legalizing “Building and Land Societies” has received, the sanction of the Governor- in-Chief and will come into operation as soon as printed. ih Committee are taking the necessary steps to get the Rules certified, so that the business of the Society may commence as early as possible and of which due notice will be given.
