Colonel Gold. This acre has extensive Beach frontage, and will be divided so as to secure to ■each purchaser a valuable Town allotment. Town Acr-e No. 134, with frontages in Ingistre and Taranaki-streets, Te Aro. This acre is most eligible for -small building allotments, being situate in a rapidly improving part of the Town. Town Acres No. 785 and 787, situate in Rid-diford-street, closely adjoining Mr. Sellar’s farm, are level, dry, and have been under cultivation. Country Section No. 20, Ohiro, partially cleared and cultivated, and from its proximity to the Town offers superior advantages to country settlers. .Also Three Sections at Waikanae most judiciously selected in that fertile district, being early choices, and embracing the most valuable land in that locality. Careful plans of the above will be prepared by an experienced Surveyor, further particulars and day of sale will be duly announced in future advertisements.
