Country Section No. 20, Ohiro, partially cleared and cultivated, and from its proximity to the Town offers superior advantages to country settlers. , Also Three Sections at Waikanae most judiciously selected in that fertile district, being early choices, and embracing the most valuable land in that locality. Careful plans of the above will be prepared by an experienced Surveyor, further particulars and day of sale will be duly announced in future advertisements. The Auctioneer confidently invites the attention of intending purchasers of valuable landed and Freehold Property to the above advertisement, and he is instructed to announce that the terms on which it will be offered will be of the most liberal description.
