Among the promotions gazetted in the latest arrival, we have much pleasure in noticing that of Major-General E. B. Wynyard, C. 8., commanding the forces in the Australian Colonies, to be Colonel of the 58th regiment, vice Major-General D’Aguilar, appointed to the 23rd regiment.—~ Hobart Town Advertiser.
