Donald Drummond, deceased. ALL Persons having Claims or Demands on the Estate of Donald Drummond, late of Evans’ Bay, near Wellington, Farmer, deceased, are requested forthwith to send the particulars thereof to Mr. Loxley, of Wellington, Merchant. And all persons indebted to the Estate are also requested to pay such Debts to the above named Mr. Loxley. Wellington, 23rd May, 1851. Notice is hereby given, That on Wednesday, the 2nd of July next, a public auction will be held in Lyttelton, for the sale of TOWN LAND in Christchurch and Lyttelton. Parties desirous of purchasing any particular Section may have the same included in the List for Sale, by making application in writing to that effect at the offices of the Association, either at Lyttelton or Christchurch, on or before the 17th June next. To give effect to such application, it will be necessary to deposit the upset price of each Section, viz., £24 for the Half-acre Section in the Capital, and £l2 the Quarter-acre Section in the Port Town, at the Union Bank, Lyttelton, to the credit of the Canterbury Association, on or before the same day.
